Credit Bureau Reporting
Greenlight Debt Collectors Ltd. has a state-of-the-art Greenlight Credit Bureau system, which allows us to enter new debts for viewing by financial institutions. This increases the exposure of debtors and limits their access to credit until your debt is repaid. Our system is constantly updated with the latest information on debtors, which ensures timely recovery of debts.

Tele-collections & letter service
We provide a range of debt collection services, including letter service and tele-collections via calls, text messages, WhatsApp and mail. With our streamlined approach, we work on a call rotation basis to obtain promises and follow up on payment, ensuring that you receive the payments owed to you.

Legal action
We pursue debts our clients' debts at the Petty Civil, Supreme Court and before the Commissioner of Cooperative Development. Legal services are performed by sister firm, Greenlight Legal Services. From sending a Pre-action protocol letter to judgement enforcement, we ensure our clients' interests are covered.

Field Collections
Our sister company, Greenlight Background Checks Ltd., conducts the Agency's field work to locate debtors and serve court documents on debtors. This service is at no additional cost to our clients.
